01 / THE IDEA

Your wearable measures.
Metrier makes sense of it.

Sleep, heart rate, movement, and recovery rarely tell a useful story on their own. Metrier reads them together, compares them with your baseline, and gives every number context.

A stable resting heart rate and consistent sleep lifted today’s capacity.

Source independent

Wear what works for you.

Metrier normalizes compatible wellness data before it scores anything. Your dashboard speaks one language, even when your devices do not.

Beyond the scores

See the whole system.

FITNESS

Train with context.

Workouts, cardio load, strength, and recent activity come together without losing their source.

NUTRITION

Fuel the day you’re having.

See energy and macros beside the signals they support.

BIOLOGY

Watch slow change happen.

Follow the markers that move over months—not minutes—and see the confidence behind them.

On-device intelligence

The numbers are computed.
The story is understood.

Metrier calculates every score first. Then, on eligible iPhones, Apple Intelligence turns the week’s verified signals into a concise review—without sending your health history to a cloud model.
