Connecting a source
Fitbit through Google Health
Open Metrier, choose Google Health, and sign in. Metrier requests read-only access to compatible activity, heart, and sleep data used by its scores.
Apple Health
Choose Apple Health and approve the measurement categories you want Metrier to read. A device can contribute only the information its companion app writes into Apple Health. Brand-specific scores may remain inside the provider’s app.
Strava
Connect Strava to see recent activities in Fitness. Strava data stays separate from Metrier’s scores and intelligence and is discarded after no more than seven days.
Understanding the signals
- Recovery: today’s capacity, informed by overnight and baseline signals.
- Strain: load accumulated from movement and workouts.
- Sleep: duration, stages, timing, and consistency where available.
- Energy Bank: energy restored by rest and drawn down by load.
- Stress: an intraday view of how settled or activated your system appears.
Every signal depends on the measurements your source provides. Missing data can reduce confidence or leave a score unavailable.
Managing your data
- Disconnect a source inside Metrier to revoke access and remove data held for that connection.
- Change Apple Health permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app.
- Delete Metrier to remove its on-device data.
- Read the Privacy Policy for the complete overview.
